At Ducky, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack your electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
